VinFast Auto India, the Indian subsidiary of the Vietnam-based EV maker, has entered into a strategic service partnership with EV charging and aftersales solutions provider RoadGrid. The move comes ahead of VinFast’s imminent product launch in India, as the company builds a robust and scalable ecosystem to support its EV customers nationwide.The partnership aims to strengthen VinFast’s aftersales and charging infrastructure across key markets in India. By collaborating with potential service providers like RoadGrid, VinFast plans to roll out extended service workshops and enhance nationwide service accessibility.“As we prepare to launch our products in India, our focus is on ensuring accessibility, reliability, and long-term customer support. RoadGrid’s integrated EV solutions align with our mission of making EV ownership as effortless as possible,” said Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia.RoadGrid, which operates in multiple Indian cities, combines advanced charging technology with real-time service solutions.
