Varroc, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, has announced the appointment of Avinash Chintawar as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective 15 October 2025. In his new role, Chintawar will report to Mr. Arjun Jain, Whole-Time Director and CEO – Business I.
As COO, Chintawar will oversee the Operations Vertical within Business I, with a focus on strengthening efficiencies, enhancing performance, and ensuring seamless alignment with Varroc’s long-term strategic vision.

Before joining Varroc, he served as Managing Director of Bosch Chassis Systems India Pvt. Ltd. and as Chairman of Bosch India Foundation. Over his career with the Bosch Group, he held key leadership positions including Director of Operations at Robert Bosch Bamberg (Germany), Technical Plant Manager at Bosch Nashik, and Managing Director at Bosch Electrical Drives India Pvt. Ltd.
