Tata Motors sets up wholly-owned unit TML CV Holdings B.V. in Netherlands under Singapore arm.

Tata Motors has announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary under its Singapore-based subsidiary, TML CV Holdings Pte., named TML CV Holdings B.V. in the Netherlands.

This move is part of Tata Motors’ strategic plans in connection with the proposed acquisition of Iveco Group NV, the company stated in an exchange filing.

The company disclosed that TML CV Holdings B.V., incorporated on September 29, 2025, will function as a holding company primarily aimed at managing and administering participations and interests in various businesses and companies. Tata Motors holds 100 per cent of the shareholding through its wholly owned subsidiary.

No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for this incorporation, the company stated.

This development signals Tata Motors’ intent to strengthen its international corporate structure as part of its expanding global footprint.
