Studds Accessories Ltd on Sunday reported a 6.1 per cent year-on-year rise in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹21.1 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared with ₹19.9 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations increased 11.9 per cent YoY to ₹167.5 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹149.8 crore a year ago. EBITDA grew 11 per cent to ₹31.3 crore, while EBITDA margin remained largely stable at 18.7 per cent.
Full-financial year
For the full financial year FY26, the helmet maker reported a consolidated PAT of ₹82.7 crore, up 18.7 per cent from ₹69.6 crore in FY25.
Annual revenue from operations rose 8.6 per cent to ₹634.2 crore in FY26 against ₹584 crore in the previous fiscal. EBITDA climbed 16.4 per cent YoY to ₹122.2 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 19.3 per cent from 18 per cent in FY25.
The company said growth during the year was supported by domestic and export market demand, premiumisation initiatives, operational efficiencies and improved product mix. It also indicated ongoing expansion plans in Europe, with Italy operations expected to begin in Q2 FY27, alongside capacity expansion initiatives.
