McLaren’s cars will race in slightly different colours as its drivers compete for the world championship in the final race of 2025.
The team has tweaked its livery for this weekend’s race at Yas Marina to highlight the logos of sponsor British American Tobacco’s nicotine pouch brand Velo.
New colours have been added to the car’s front wing, sidepods and floor for the race. The team has also produced special race suits and garage artwork as part of the one-off look.
McLaren created the design with input from nine of the team’s fans.
Lando Norris arrives in Abu Dhabi leading the championship from rival Max Verstappen. Norris’s team mate Oscar Piastri can also win the title in the final race of the season.
A third driver will also get behind the wheel of the specially-liveried McLaren. IndyCar race winner Pato O’Ward will appear for the team again in the first practice session this weekend, driving Piastri’s car.
This is the fourth time McLaren has changed its livery this year. The team previously ran a design based on its M7A F1 car at the Monaco Grand Prix, used a chrome colour scheme for its home race at Silverstone and a part-white design in Austin.
