Hyundai to recall over 54,000 vehicles in US over fire risk, says NHTSA

Hyundai is recalling over 54,000 Elantra Hybrid vehicles in the US. A fire risk exists due to overheating hybrid power control units. This can cause vehicles to fail to start or enter reduced-power mode.
