Hyundai Motor Company, together with its Robotics LAB, has won 18 iF Design Awards for 2025, recognising its work in various sectors.

This achievement highlights Hyundai’s role in design, with 11 consecutive years of recognition at the iF Design Awards. This reflects the company’s focus on future mobility solutions.

“This recognition from the iF Design Award is a testament to the dedication of our designers and engineers. It shows the competitiveness of Hyundai’s design identity in the global market,” said SangYup Lee, executive vice president and head of Hyundai and Genesis Global Design.

This year, Hyundai’s victories at the iF Design Awards span eight disciplines and 12 categories, demonstrating its design capability, from automobiles to brand communications.

The iF Design Awards, established in 1954, is a global competition in the design world. Each year, approximately 10,800 designs from 72 nations are evaluated. Winning requires passing a rigorous two-stage selection process. Award-winning entries are presented on the website and the iF Design App.

IONIQ 9 (Automotive) – Blends aerodynamic performance, space and aesthetics, setting a new standard for luxury SUVs with a sustainable, customer-centred approach.

PALISADE (Automotive) – Combines bold presence with refined details and interior usability. This SUV offers versatility with luxurious design.

INITIUM (Automotive) – Represents Hyundai’s vision for a hydrogen-powered future, with a design that emphasises durability and clean lines.

Smart Taxi Indicator (Automotive) – Improves vehicle installation and visibility, helping to prevent accidents in urban settings.

Global Home Charger (Automotive) – Compatible with Hyundai and Genesis electric vehicles, offering an integrated charging experience.

E-pit EV Fast Charger (Automotive) – The E-pit EV Fast Charger is an all-in-one fast charger platform designed to improve the Group’s charging offerings.

SPACE (Product Concepts) – It is a hydrogen-powered public mobility system designed for various user needs, including those with mobility impairments.

DICE (Automotive) – DICE is a hydrogen-powered personal mobility platform using AI and spatial computing for personalised travel.

Multi-Hanger set (Automotive) – A set is designed to maximise vehicle interior space by allowing users to attach tablet holders or coat hangers.

X-ble Shoulder (Industry) – Wearable robot is designed to reduce injury risks for workers, particularly in auto manufacturing.

ACR Service (Service Design) – The ACR Service uses AI to assess parking and charge vehicles, providing a solution for all users, including those with disabilities.

‘Inside the City of Ease’ at CES 2024 (Trade Exhibitions) – This show booth presents Hyundai’s vision and technologies through an experiential exhibit of future mobility.
