Rohit Suri, former President and Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India, has joined mobility-tech startup ReadyAssist as a Senior Advisor. Suri, who played a pivotal role in building JLR’s luxury brand presence in India over his 14-year tenure, brings with him decades of automotive leadership experience.
He is widely credited with leading Jaguar and Land Rover’s successful growth in the Indian market by focusing on premium customer experience, local manufacturing, and sustainable, profitable expansion.

Accelerating growth in EV and CNG ecosystems
Founded in 2015, ReadyAssist offers 24/7 roadside assistance, emergency support, and on-site repairs for ICE, EV, and CNG vehicles. The startup is known for leveraging AI and machine learning to match customers with suitable service professionals in real time, enabling faster, tech-enabled service delivery across India.Suri’s addition to the leadership team comes at a time when ReadyAssist is aiming to deepen its partnerships with OEMs, scale EV and CNG servicing, and enhance customer engagement strategies.
