DriveX Mobility appoints Jyotsna Chaudhary as Head of Human Resources

DriveX Mobility, a technology-enabled pre-owned two-wheeler platform, has appointed Jyotsna Chaudhary as Head of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the company prepares for the next phase of expansion.

Chaudhary brings more than 16 years of experience in human resources leadership, organisational transformation, talent development and workforce planning. In her new role, she will lead DriveX’s people strategy, leadership development and organisational capability-building initiatives.

Before joining DriveX, Chaudhary served as Head HR – Business Partner at TVS Motor Company. During her career, she has led organisational transformation programmes, succession planning initiatives, workforce restructuring, compensation strategy and talent acquisition across automotive, engineering and technology functions.

She has also worked with Continental Automotive Components, where she partnered with teams across engineering, electric mobility technologies, sales, project management and corporate functions, contributing to talent development and workforce planning initiatives.
