Bolt.Earth and Statiq on Thursday said they have collaborated to improve access to electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across India by enabling interoperability between their networks.Under the partnership, four-wheeler EV users will be able to locate, access and pay for charging services across both Bolt.Earth and Statiq charging networks through either of the two mobile applications. The integration is intended to reduce friction for users by eliminating the need to switch between multiple charging apps. The collaboration brings together Statiq’s fast-growing four-wheeler charging infrastructure, including high-speed DC fast chargers, with Bolt.Earth’s universal charging platform, which caters to two-wheelers, three-wheelers and four-wheelers. The combined network is expected to improve access to fast-charging locations across key urban centres and highway corridors.Statiq operates a nationwide EV charging network with a presence across cities, highways and commercial hubs, offering both AC and DC fast-charging solutions for four-wheelers. Bolt.Earth, meanwhile, runs a peer-to-peer charging platform spanning more than 1,900 cities, enabling individuals, businesses and fleet operators to host chargers. The companies said the partnership would focus on integrated payments, real-time charger availability and a unified charging experience, aimed at supporting the wider adoption of electric mobility across the country.
