Audi India on Friday announced special support measures for its customers in Kolkata, where incessant rains have led to widespread flooding. The German luxury carmaker said it will provide complimentary Roadside Assistance (RSA) to vehicles affected by the floods.The 24×7 service will be available across impacted regions and will cover on-site repairs, fuel delivery, spare keys, as well as travel or accommodation facilities under certain conditions. The assistance also includes custody, transportation, storage and safekeeping of vehicles.“In light of the unprecedented challenges currently faced in Kolkata due to the floods, we remain fully committed to supporting our customers in every possible way. Our teams are on standby to respond swiftly, ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of our customers during this difficult time,” said Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India.Customers can reach out to their nearest Audi dealership or visit the dealership website for more details.
