Audi India on Friday announced special support measures for its customers in Kolkata, where incessant rains have led to widespread flooding. The German luxury carmaker said it will provide complimentary Roadside Assistance (RSA) to vehicles affected by the floods.The 24×7 service will be available across impacted regions and will cover on-site repairs, fuel delivery, spare keys, as well as travel or accommodation facilities under certain conditions. The assistance also includes custody, transportation, storage and safekeeping of vehicles.“In light of the unprecedented challenges currently faced in Kolkata due to the floods, we remain fully committed to supporting our customers in every possible way.
