New Delhi: Amit Kaushik, Managing Director (MD) and Country Head at Urban Science, has stepped down from his role after serving for nearly a decade in the company, according to an update on professional working site Linkedin.
With more than two decades of experience across automotive OEMs and global consulting firms, Kaushik joined Urban Science in September 2016 and went on to lead investments, strategic partnerships, and business unit along with P&L accountability during his tenure.
Urban Science provides strategy and technology solutions to help OEMs, dealers, and automotive marketers improve targeting, boost sales, gain market share, and maximise revenue. The company operates 20 offices worldwide, including in Australia, Italy, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, China, Spain, France, and the UK, among others. Its global headquarters is located in Detroit, US.Kaushik was earlier associated with JATO Dynamics and S&P Global, and has also worked with Tata Motors, Honda Cars, and Fiat Group.
Kaushik holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with a specialisation in Strategic Management and Marketing.
