Mahindra Logistics Ltd. has launched Alyte, a refreshed premium B2C mobility brand aimed at digitally connected urban commuters.

It has been initially rolled out in the Delhi-NCR region, and offers airport-to-city transfers, in-city travel, and outstation rides. The company plans to expand the service to Noida International Airport, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and other major metros.

Previously catering to corporate clients under its Mobility Enterprise Solutions arm, Mahindra Logistics has now unified all people mobility offerings under the Alyte brand, targeting both B2B and B2C markets, the company’s statement said. The service promises assured rides, transparent surge-free pricing, zero cancellations, and a premium in-ride experience delivered by trained chauffeurs.Bookings can be made via the newly launched Alyte mobile app, which features real-time ride tracking, secure payments, live GPS monitoring, and 24/7 human customer support.

Alyte offers two service categories — Privé, a premium electric vehicle fleet for customers seeking sustainability and luxury, and Select, comprising high-quality sedans and SUVs for everyday travel needs.

“India’s mobility ecosystem stands at an inflection point, demanding new standards in safety, comfort, reliability, and service excellence. With Alyte, we are reimagining urban and airport mobility through a premium, tech-enabled platform,” said Hemant Sikka, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Logistics.
