Turkish auto sales down 12.75% in March, says association

Sales of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Turkey ‌fell ⁠12.75 per cent year-on-year ⁠in March to 101,997 units, the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association said on ⁠Thursday.

In March, ‌passenger car sales were ⁠down 13.04 per cent to 79,857 vehicles while light commercial vehicle sales decreased 11.69 per cent to 22,140.

In the January-March ‌period, sales of passenger cars and light ⁠commercial vehicles decreased 3.94 per cent year-on-year to 265,398 units, the association said.
