The Spanish Grand Prix promoter has revealed new renderings of the street circuit which will hold this year’s race.
The event will move from the Circuit de Catalunya to the new Madring which will debut on the calendar in September this year. However the permanent track outside Barcelona will hold a second Spanish round in June.
The renderings reveal the potential look of the start-finish line and pit lane, with grand stand opposite.
The first two corners on the track form a tight left-right chicane.

Turn 10 – which will be named Valdebebas – is a long, banked high-speed corner.
Although part of the circuit uses public roads, around three-quarters of the track will be purpose-built.

Although the renderings are provisional and subject to change, several of them indicate the drivers will have to contend with a limited amount of run-off space in places.

The full track will measure just under five-and-a-half kilometres in length and include 20 corners.
