Policybazaar on Thursday said that it has expanded its motor insurance claims initiative, Assured Delivery Programme (ADP), to 186 cities across India, up from its earlier presence in 100 cities.
The programme now operates through around 200 network garages and aims to address delays in claims settlement and repair processes.
The company said the programme focuses on addressing common consumer pain points such as delays in claims settlement, repeated follow-ups and frequent garage visits among others. The initiative is designed to simplify and streamline the claims experience for policyholders all over the country.It also offers features from vehicle pick-up to repair completion and claims formalities. Regular updates on repair status and claim progress ensure complete transparency.
