Smart parking startup ParkMate has officially rebranded as Blyp, signalling its transition from a parking solution provider to a broader urban mobility technology platform. The move reflects the company’s expanded vision to support smart cities with real-time navigation, EV integration, and data-driven mobility services.Co-founder and CEO Dhananjaya Bharadwaj said the new identity stands for speed, precision, and simplicity—qualities Blyp wants to bring to the daily urban commute. He described the rebrand as a deeper shift toward solving larger challenges in mobility through design, data, and deep tech.According to co-founder and COO Abhimanyu Singh, ParkMate was the company’s starting point, developed to solve a specific problem. Blyp represents its evolution into a full-stack mobility intelligence platform, geared to serve individuals, businesses, and governments.The company has unveiled a new visual identity and is in the process of updating its app and partner platforms to reflect the Blyp brand. It plans to expand into new cities, launch feature upgrades, and collaborate with public and private players on smart infrastructure initiatives.
