Mahindra and Mahindra on Wednesday reported a 46.97 per cent rise in its consolidated profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 to ₹4,674.64 crore. The automaker had posted a net profit of ₹3,180.58 crore in the corresponding period a year-ago.

Company’s revenue from operations climbed 24 per cent to ₹51,579.95 crore compared to ₹41,464.98 crore posted in the same period of the last financial year.

Company’s standalone net profit jumped 33 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to ₹3,931 crore for the third quarter of FY26 against ₹2,964 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The Mumbai-headquartered company’s Q3 SUV revenue market share improved by 90 bps to 24.1 per cent. Consolidated revenue for the segment increased 30 per cent to ₹30,370 crore, while consolidated PAT grew 42 per cent to ₹1,993 crore.>
