Isuzu Motors India, a subsidiary of Japan-based Isuzu Motors, on Tuesday said it will organise a nationwide ‘ISUZU I-Care Pre-Summer Camp’ from March 23 to March 28, 2026, aimed at enhancing customer service and ensuring vehicle readiness ahead of the summer season.
The service initiative will be conducted across all authorised dealer service outlets in India and will cover the company’s range of D-MAX pick-ups and SUVs, including personal and commercial vehicle segments.
The automaker said that the camp will offer preventive maintenance checks, special service benefits and offers, helping customers maintain optimal vehicle performance and ensure hassle-free driving during the summer months.The initiative is part of the company’s broader ‘ISUZU Care’ programme, which focuses on strengthening after-sales service and improving ownership experience for customers across markets.The pre-summer camp will be organised across more than 100 locations nationwide, including key cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata and Ahmedabad, among others.
Customers can book service appointments through authorised dealerships or via the company’s online platform, with additional support available through its toll-free customer helpline.
Isuzu Motors India manufactures its vehicles at its Sri City facility in Andhra Pradesh and has been expanding its presence in both domestic and export markets. The company has also been focusing on strengthening its service network and customer engagement initiatives as part of its growth strategy in India.
