iGo Wise Mobility, an emerging electric vehicle start-up focused on urban mobility solutions, on Wednesday said it has launched a nationwide customer experience franchise programme as it looks to deepen its retail footprint and create premium, community-led mobility hubs across India.According to the official press release, the franchise rollout will take place in three phases. Phase-I will cover the Greater Bengaluru Area, Hyderabad, Pune and Panjim over the next six months. Phase-II will expand across South and Central Indian states within 9–12 months, while Phase-III will mark the company’s international foray into Kenya and Nigeria. The company said that each iGo experience centre will be designed for safety-conscious family buyers, with special emphasis on women and elderly users. Centres will also offer at-home test rides to help customers experience the product before purchase.
