Hindustan Zinc Limited, India’s largest zinc producer, has launched Zinc Freight Bazaar, a one of its kind digital logistics management system in India’s non-ferrous metals sector, to streamline procurement, enhance customer experience, and simplify logistics. This initiative provides customers with live tracking, a logistics planner, and a bidding tool, aiming to improve efficiency and production planning as zinc’s role in infrastructure development grows. The platform addresses previous operational inefficiencies by offering an end-to-end digital solution for procuring critical metals.

Designed with a focus on user experience, Zinc Freight Bazaar facilitates robust production planning and enables customers to make well-informed logistics decisions.
