Williams has presented its new livery for the 2026 Formula 1 season.
The team which finished fifth in the constructors’ championship last year was the only one not to take part in last week’s opening pre-season test. The new FW48 will run in a special test livery when it makes its debut, which is scheduled for the next test at the Bahrain International Circuit.
Team principal James Vowles said the upcoming season is “the next step on the path back towards the top” for Williams. Alexander Albon begins his fifth season with the team this year while Carlos Sainz Jnr, who achieved a pair of podium finishes in 2025, goes into his second.
In recent weeks the team has announced new sponsorship deals with artificial intelligence firm Anthropic and Barclays bank, whose logos will appear on the team’s 2026 car, the FW48.
