Charge Zone has announced the opening of what it claims is the largest electric vehicle charging hub in India. Located in Beguru, Chikkanahalli, Bandikodegehalli Amanikere, Karnataka, the facility is designed to support high-volume EV usage across private and commercial segments.The charging hub comprises more than 210 charging points, including 80 DC fast chargers with 160 charging outlets, and 50 AC chargers with 50 outlets. The facility has an installed capacity exceeding 4 megawatts, supporting a range of electric vehicles such as cars, intercity buses, and trucks. Charging times at the site range between 35 to 45 minutes. The hub offers 24/7 operational access.EV ecosystem and operational features

The hub has been developed to meet the requirements of fleet operators, airport shuttles, electric buses, corporate transport, and electric trucks. According to the company, the facility will soon offer user amenities including washrooms, drinking water, waiting areas, and dedicated parking for large fleets. The site is fully integrated with Charge Zone’s digital platform, which provides real-time monitoring, mobile app-based access, and safety controls.
