All India Rubber Industries Association elects Anay Gupta as its President

The All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA), the apex body representing India’s rubber industry, on Thursday announced its new office bearers for 2025-26. The appointments were made at the association’s 73rd Annual General Meeting 2024-25.

Anay Gupta, Managing Director of Vinko Auto Industries, Delhi, has been elected as the President of AIRIA. K Ganesh, Managing Director of MRP Autorub Group of Companies, Chennai, will serve as Senior Vice-President, while Vinod Bansal, Managing Director of Jayshree Polymers, Pune, takes charge as Vice-President, industry body in its official press release noted.

Gupta, who previously served as Senior Vice-President, brings over 32 years of experience in the rubber industry. With a degree in Computer Science Engineering from San Jose State University, he began his career with Vinko Auto Industries and became its Managing Director. Under his leadership, Vinko expanded its footprint in global markets through strong export strategies.K Ganesh, the new Senior V-P, has been with MRP Autorub Group. A postgraduate in management from Madras University, he has over four decades of experience in the rubber components sector, with exports contributing nearly 40 per cent of the group’s turnover.Vinod S Bansal, elected V-P, is a Chartered Accountant and Managing Director of Jayshree Polymers, a leading manufacturer of rubber products. He co-founded the company and also serves on the Board of Thane Janata Sahakari Bank.
